Transformer-based Graph Contrastive Learning framework for single-cell RNA-seq data, integrating multi-head self-attention with graph neural networks to learn biologically meaningful cell representations, improving clustering accuracy and data imputation quality.
An intelligent autonomous line-following robot using an Arduino Mega microcontroller, integrating advanced IR sensors for precise line tracking and ultrasonic sonar sensors for real-time obstacle avoidance, enabling dynamic and adaptive navigation.
A register-level LED blinking control system on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller using the Cortex-M3 architecture. Developed precise timing mechanisms with the SysTick timer to achieve variable blink rates, using a bare-metal programming approach in the Keil IDE for optimal performance and hardware-level understanding.
Designed a communication system between STM32F103C8T6 (Cortex-M3) and STM32F446RE (Cortex-M4) microcontrollers using the UART protocol, enabling reliable message transmission and reception with real-time output on a 16x2 LCD. Developed through register-level programming in Keil IDE to demonstrate low-level embedded hardware communication.
Zeal is an immersive 2D survivor game developed by SFML and C++ featuring Marco Derick's quest on a monster-infested mysterious island. Implemented puzzle-solving systems, enemy AI, and progressive story elements to create strategic, exploration-based, narrative-driven gameplay.
Reimagined and expanded the original ZEAL concept using Unity and C#, featuring enhanced 3D graphics, magical gameplay mechanics, and a dynamic combat system powered by mystical island abilities. Integrated advanced enemy AI, environmental puzzles, and a rich storyline exploring Marco's father's legacy.
